  • ShantiOm offers a Return on the item(s) purchased within 30 days. The item must not be used and must be sealed. 
  • Buyer must pay for Return Shipping and use a Tracked Postal Service to insure that the product gets to us. 
  • To start the Return process, we require you to email us at ShantiOm@gmail.com with proof of purchase and your reason as to why you would like to Return or Exchange.

  • To start the Exchange process you will need to first contact us at ShantiOm@gmail.com. We will require proof of purchase. Once this information has been received we will contact you with further instructions.
  • The Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping Postage with a Tracked Postal Service to insure that the item gets back to us.
